#H2HChat live video interview series with social media integration
THE PROBLEM / ASK
We had a five-person team handling a newsletter, Marketo email automation, GoToWebinar integration, and scheduling for each webinar. We were spending a lot of time and money and experiencing much technical frustration to bring this vision forward with little success. The CEO asked me to find a better live webinar platform solution that had customizable landing pages, more analytics, better user experience, and that could run alongside a Twitter chat.
MY ROLE
Source applications, as well as ideate, design and implement landing pages, logo, and branding. Produce series.
MY PROCESS
After researching several broadcasting platforms, I found that many shared a similar setup. Landing page templates, email automation, some analytics, and a Google Hangouts integration.
I was able to utilize two platforms to produce the email automation, a mobile-first lead capture/signup landing page and video stream.
I became so good at tackling the technical issues that came with live broadcasting, that I was asked to design, package, and produce a live video chat product that we sold to Cisco and IBM as a social media solution.
SUCCESS METRICS
• Reduced FTEs, so we hired a Senior Social Strategist/Co-host
• Hashtag trending on Twitter
• 1.5 to 2 million average impression reach on Twitter
• 45% PureMatter lead generation increase
• Productized idea and sold to IBM, Cisco
• PureMatter CEO seen as leader and asked to give TEDTalk
